Welcome to the University of Life Skills (ULS)! We’re excited to connect you with world-class expert mentors offering real-world, skill-based courses. To ensure a smooth and respectful learning experience, please take a moment to review our course user policy. 1. Course Access & Participation Enrolling in a course grants you access to live sessions, learning materials, and interactive tools, as provided by the mentor. All course materials are for personal use only. Sharing, recording, or distributing materials without written consent from the mentor or ULS is strictly prohibited. Some sessions may be recorded for quality or revision purposes. You will always be notified beforehand. 2. Respect & Community Standards ULS is a respectful learning environment. We expect learners to engage positively, ask thoughtful questions, and honor diverse perspectives. Harassment, inappropriate language, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the course without a refund. 3. Attendance & Time Commitment Courses are live and often structured over multiple sessions. Please commit to attending as scheduled. Some courses may require pre-work or post-class assignments. These enhance your learning and participation experience. 4. Payments & Refunds All payments are processed securely through the ULS platform. Refunds (if applicable) follow the policy indicated on each course’s registration page. Generally, refunds are only allowed 48 hours before course start unless otherwise stated. 5. Expert Mentors & Accountability All mentors on ULS are carefully vetted and bring real-world experience. Mentors are responsible for delivering course content professionally, on time, and in alignment with advertised outcomes. If you encounter any issues, please contact support at support@power-forum.com for assistance. 6. Certificates & Completion Some courses offer digital certificates of completion. Eligibility may require full attendance or submission of assignments, as determined by the mentor. 7. Platform Integrity Any attempt to game, disrupt, or misuse the ULS platform will lead to a ban from future courses and legal action where necessary. 8. Policy Updates This policy may be updated from time to time. Learners will be notified of major changes via email or in-platform alerts.
