POWER FORUM AFRICA Consultancy Accelerator Program User Policy 1. Introduction This policy outlines the terms for participants in the Consultancy Accelerator Program offered by POWER FORUM AFRICA. By enrolling, participants agree to these terms. 2. Eligibility & Enrollment The Consultancy Accelerator Program is for business owners and executives. Participants must complete registration and pay the course fee to confirm enrollment. 3. Access & Conduct Participants will access course materials via provided platforms. Account security is the participant’s responsibility. All participants must engage respectfully and professionally. 4. Intellectual Property All course content is proprietary to POWER FORUM AFRICA. Participants may not reproduce or distribute materials without written permission. 5. Payment & Refunds Full payment is required before the course starts. Refunds are only given if withdrawal requests are made 14 days before the start or if POWER FORUM AFRICA cancels the course. 6. Schedule & Changes The schedule may be updated by POWER FORUM AFRICA as needed, with prompt communication to participants. 7. Certification A certificate of completion will be issued to participants who complete all course modules and assignments. 8. Data Privacy Personal data is collected for program administration and communication only and will not be shared without consent. 9. Technology Requirements Participants are responsible for ensuring access to required platforms like Google Sheets and Monday.com. POWER FORUM AFRICA provides guidance but recommends participants familiarize themselves with these tools. 10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in line with the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Kenya. Arbitration will occur in Nairobi, and both parties will bear their own costs unless decided otherwise by the arbitrator. 11. Termination POWER FORUM AFRICA reserves the right to terminate access if a participant breaches this policy, with no refunds for such termination. 12. Liability POWER FORUM AFRICA is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of business profits, resulting from participation in the Masterclass. 13. Communication Official communication will be via email or the designated platform. Participants must regularly check for updates. 14. Governing Law This policy is governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes not resolved through arbitration are subject to Kenyan courts.
