Some sessions may be recorded for quality or revision purposes. You will always be notified beforehand. 2. Respect & Community Standards ULS is a respectful learning environment. Harassment, inappropriate language, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the course without a refund. 3. Attendance & Time Commitment Courses are live and often structured over multiple sessions. Please commit to attending as scheduled. Some courses may require pre-work or post-class assignments. These enhance your learning and participation experience. 4. Payments & Refunds All payments are processed securely through the ULS platform. Refunds (if applicable) follow the policy indicated on each course’s registration page. Generally, refunds are only allowed 48 hours before course start unless otherwise stated. 5.
